Alice Levene Freeman Johnson

Alice Levene Johnson was born September 17, 1934, to Talran and Stella Mae Freeman in Bristow, Oklahoma. She departed this life June 29, 2024, at the age of 89.

On February 4, 1950, Alice Freeman and Loy Johnson were united in marriage. From this union were born three children, Irene, Carolyn, and Raymond. They enjoyed fifty-five years together before his passing November 15, 2005.

She was a member of the Bristow Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling, square dancing, embroidery work and crocheting. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Alice Irene Glennon, Carolyn Dale and husband Wayne; six grandchildren, Teresa Phipps and husband Dan, Jennifer Burgett and husband George, Michael Glennon, Benjamin Dale and wife Magan, Joy Stokes and husband Chad, Juletta Texter and husband James; eleven great grandchildren, Nathan, Matthew, and Andrew Burgett, Jerimi and Reese Stokes, Gabriel and Sarah Phipps, Sadie, Annabelle, and Hannah Texter, and Parker Dale. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Raymond Johnson, one brother, C.C. Freeman, and seven sisters, Dottie Johnson, Katie Trout, Rebecca Messer, Rosie Arnett, Aretha Johnson, Sylvia Gabriel, and Josephine Goodwin.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00AM, Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Magnolia Memorial Gardens.
