Clifford "Don" Dill, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin, was born on January 31, 1945, in Liberty Morris, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma to Harold Jay Dill and Evelyn Garrard-Dill and older 4 siblings. He went "Home" to his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the age of 80 years old.
Don graduated from Liberty Senior High School on May 7, 1963, and held an award for not missing a single day of school during his 12 years of schooling. After being together since the ages of 13, he married Rebecca "Becky" Faith Dill on December 12, 1964, and had 3 children; Michele, Rodney, and Randy Dill, 8 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren during their 59-year marriage. He was known as "Pepa" to his grandchildren, was the head of the family and ensured everyone was fine and will be deeply missed by everyone.
Don enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War on May 2, 1966, and spent 3 years in Vietnam as a bulldozer operator. Don did all kinds of work throughout his life, including but not limited to, automotive repairs, welding, and long haul over the road trucking until his retirement beginning in 2005.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Sapulpa, Cushing, and Henryetta Wards, which he devoted more than 50 years of his life to as a Mormon.
Don was very much considered a cowboy and loved his hobbies such as watching western TV shows and basketball games, helping or teaching others how to work on cars, spending time with his siblings, feeding small wild animals, and protecting and providing for his family, especially the love of his life whom he loved so dearly.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rebecca Faith Cullum-Dill of Morris, OK, his brother Richard Dill of Laredo, TX, his brother Dale Dill of Morris, OK, his brother Mike Dill of Morris, OK, his sister Janice Dill-Curtis of Bartlesville, OK, his daughter Michele Dill of Tulsa, OK, his son Rodney Dill of Pretty Water, OK, his son Randy Dill of Morris, OK, grandchildren Tynan Dill, Mia Dill, Meshach Malone, Cameron Malone, Jacob Dill, Suzanna Dill-Hill, Randy Dill Jr., Rozlyn Dill, and 14 great grandchildren.
Don is preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents Harold Dill and Evelyn Garrard-Dill, his sister Wanda Dill-Due, his sister Tammy Dill-Aston, and his grandson Adrian Don Malone.
Don and Pepa, you will be sorely missed, but we all take comfort knowing you are in the Celestial Kingdom and in the arms of God and Jesus
