Chet Dale Chuculate was born September 11, 2024 to Hunter Chuculate and Dustie Barnes in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He opened his eyes in Heaven June 1, 2025 forever young at the age of 8 months.

Chet faced many obstacles in his time here doing so with courage and strength with mom and dad beside him. He was full of giggles, smiles and laughs as he was showered with love by family, friends and his care team. Chet's time was short, but his impact was great and will be felt for a lifetime.

Chet is survived by his parents, grandparents, John and Pam Barnes, Philip and Kendra Chuculate; great grandparents, Georgia Pack, Rick and Susan Green, Deborah Barnes, Bob and Vicki Barnes, Billy and Susan Ledbetter as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by two great grandpa's Kenny Pack and Mick Clusker.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Thursday, June 5, 2025 at First Church of God in Bristow. Interment will follow at Bristow City Cemetery.
