Rosa Lee Stepp age 78 of Quapaw, Oklahoma passed away, Monday February 4, 2013 at Higher Call Nursing Home in Quapaw. She was born on November 14, 1934 the daughter of Walter -Henry & Leona Lee “Newberry” Killion.
She lived most of her life in the Picher and Miami area. She was united in marriage to Orville “Sonny” Stepp who preceded her in death on February 27, 1989.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and 1 great-grandson. She is survived by 3 daughters, Connie Johnson and her husband Dwight, of Quapaw, Oklahoma, Sharon Wolfe and her husband Rudy of Arkansas and Debbie Yearington of Joplin, Missouri and 1 son, Richard Stepp and his wife, Janet of Miami, Oklahoma. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Rosa Lee Stepp will be held 10:00am, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami. Interment will be in Williams-Timberhill Cemetery, west of Miami. Pallbearers will be Bryan Berryman, Joe Kellogg, Matt Johnson, Jason Johnson, David Johnson and Rudy Wolfe. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral, Miami.
