Thomas “Edward” McBrien of Grove, OK passed away Monday May 9, 2011 at Muskogee Regional Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was 69.
Mr. McBrien was born July 12, 1941 in Miami, OK. to Benjamin Thomas and Hazel Jane (Burks) McBrien. He had lived in Grove, Miami area moving from California. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired Truck Driver working for Ron Jesse Trucking, and member of Moose Lodge in Grove, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son Tommy McBrien.
Survivors include: Daughter Shawn McBrien – Adams of Muskogee, OK, 2 Brothers-Curtis McBrien and wife Debbie of Miami, OK, & Ben McBrien and wife Marianne of Grove, OK; Sister Janie Sue Roberts and husband Bill of Chanute, KS.; 3 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild.
Funeral Services will be Thursday May 12, 2011 at 10:30 A. M. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, OK. Rev. Chuck Price will officiate. Interment will be in Williams Timberhill Cemetery east of Welch, OK. Services are under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, OK.
