Peggy Ann (Polson) Rose, 75-year-old Vinita resident, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 in Claremore, OK. she was born on July 27, 1949, in Vinita to Gerald L. Polson, SR and Nellie (Rame) Polson.
Peggy lived most of her life in Northeast OK. She enjoyed working in her yard, tending her plants, reading, and fixing things.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Peggy is survived by her children, Rob Nichols (Claudette) of San Antonio, TX, Kristina Hopkins (Kevin Hancock) of Big Cabin, Meredith Dunn (Todd) of San Antonio, TX, Kimberly Jones (Scott) of Rockport, TX; brother, Gerald L. Polson, JR of Little Rock, AR; eleven grandchildren along with other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church in Vinita. The Celebration of Life will at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church in Vinita, with Rev. Robert Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at the White Oak Cemetery.
