Donald Gene Berga

August 30, 1942 - January 16, 2005

Funeral services are pending for Donald Gene Berga, 62, at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita, Okla. Mr. Berga died on January 16, 2005, at his home in Ketchum, Okla.

Donald was born August 30, 1942, in Wichita, KS.

He graduated from Chickasha High School, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Arts in Chickasha, and his master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

He was employed in the banking field for many years, and most recently in construction in the Ketchum area.

Mr. Berga is survived by his mother, Lurene Berga of Chickasha; two sisters, Barbara Ingle and her husband Dave, of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Sherry Berga and Jack Perkins of Lawton, Okla.; Sandye Berga of the home; five children, Kemara Stormont and husband Darren, of Stillwater, Okla., Kevin Berga and wife Colleen, of Vail, Colorado, Alicia Coleman and husband Jimbo, of Ketchum, Okla., Erik Berga of Ketchum, Okla., and Rebeka Vaughn and husband Mike, of Owasso, Okla.

He is also survived by nine granchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Silas M. Berga.
