© Whinery~Huddleston Funeral Service Lawton, Oklahoma November 3, 2014 Miss Yi Tol [I] Yang Dates: Birth date: September 25, 1922 Death date: November 3, 2014 Miss Yi Tol I, Lawton, was born September 22, 1925 in Kyong Buk Hayang Myong, South Korea. She passed away peacefully on November 3, 2014 at a local hospital at the age of 89. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 7, 2014 at 10:00am at Sunset Memorial Gardens in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, with Reverend Ki-Yong Jeong, of Korean United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. Miss Yi Tol I married Mr. Sang-Ku Yang on September 22, 1942. They moved to Lawton in 1969 where she began working for the Civil Service on Ft Sill until her retirement in 2003. After her retirement she enjoyed fishing and had a passion for gardening and traveling. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband. Survivors include a son, Taes Yang and wife Kum of Lawton; four grandchildren, Hee-Gon, Hee-Chung, Hun-Suk, and Hun-Jai; granddaughter-in-law, Hyo-Hee Kim; grandson-in-law, Aaron; and great-grandchildren, Kim Ge-Sung, Yeonsun, Yeurgu, Gun-tak and Moses and Ivy. Service: 10:00 am on Friday, November 7, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens 8900 NW Cache Road Lawton Oklahoma 73505 Memorial service at Sunset Mausoleum.
