© Whinery~Huddleston Funeral Service Lawton, Oklahoma August 1, 2014 Edythe Carol [Simpson] Robinson Born: November 29, 1939 Died: October 09, 2015 Edythe Carol Robinson, Lawton, was born November 29, 1939 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Elmer and Lorane Simpson. A visitation will be held Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 4-8pm at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:00am at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lawton. Arrangements are under the direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. Edythe graduated from nursing school in 1961. She then married John Robinson on March 4, 1965. She worked as an OB-Gyn Nurse Practitioner from 1980 until her retirement in 1991. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband John Robinson of the home; daughter Nancy Gomez and her husband Fernando Gomez, their daughter Danielle Gomez and their son John Gomez of Phoenix, AZ; her sister Mickey Eck of Owasso, OK. Edythe was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Lorane Simpson and brother Michael Simpson. |
