© Whinery~Huddleston Funeral Service November 26, 2012 Jamie Lunice [Crumpton] Parker Jamie Lunice Parker was born January 3, 1958 in Clinton, Oklahoma to James and Erma [Weakley] Crumpton. She died November 26, 2012 at her home with friends and family members at her bedside in Lawton, Oklahoma, she was 54 years old. At an early age Jamie's family moved to Lawton. She attended local schools and graduated from Lawton High School. She had numerous jobs in the Lawton area before she was introduced to Glenn Parker in 1985 in Lawton, they were married January 10, 1987. She was a very simple women but she had two special passions. One was her gardening skills, she loved being outside in her flower garden where she planted flowers and enjoying the colors in her garden. The other passion was the Whittier Cardinals. She enjoyed helping the children at Whittier Elementary School. She was given a plaque for her services to the children of Whittier. She also loved scary movies, and cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by both parents, and father-in-law, James Parker. Jamie is survived by her husband, Glenn Parker, of Lawton; two daughters, Elizabeth Parker, of Lawton, and Glenda Parker, of Edmond, OK; sister, Barbara and husband Billy Taylor, of Vernon, TX; mother-in-law, Julia Parker Brooks, of Oglethorpe, GA; a special friend, Edna Chaney, of Lawton. She also has many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family members.
