Ernestine M. "Dilly" Dillivan

Ernestine "Dilly" Dillivan, Lawton, was born April 19, 1933 in Czechoslovakia to Wenzel and Hermina Janda. She passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Montevista Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Lawton, at the age of 82.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 22, 2015 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 9:00am at Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service.

Ernestine married Phillip Dillivan on March 12, 1955 in Karserslautern, Germany.

She was employed at Comanche County Memorial Hospital as a nurse's aide for 20 years.

She loved to cook and was best known for her apple strudel. She also loved playing Bingo.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip; parents, Wenzel and Hermina Janda; brother, Franz Janda; and her son, Phillip "Butch" Dillivan.

Survivors include her daughter, Ernestine "Sissy" Allen and husband Harry; son, Tommy Dillivan and wife Tammy; two granddaughters and their spouses, Christina and Mike Siler and Jennifer and Scott Hough; two great-grandsons, Jason and Christopher Siler, all of Lawton; two sisters-in-law, Hilde Janda of Germany and Betty Sorenson of Missouri. She also has numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
