Larry Allred Funeral for Larry Allred, 59, Lawton, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church Memorial Chapel with Dr. Gary W. Cook, pastor, officiating. Mr. Allred died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2003, at his home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Becker Funeral Home. He was born April 6, 1944, in Lawton, to John H. and Gladys Allred. He lived in Lawton all of his life. He was a student at Greiner School for the Handicapped and was in sports at the school. He was an oil painter and received "Best in Show" for one of his oil paintings. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, of the home; two aunts: Betty Stigers, Lawton; and Linda Allred, Irving, Texas; a nephew, Jeff Allred; and a niece, Stephanie Martinez; three great-nephews: Brandon, Kevin and Garrett Allred; and a great-niece, Kaley Martinez. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lou Ann Allred; and a brother, Donald Wayne Allred. Memorial contributions may be made to Robert E. Greiner School for the Handicapped, 10 SE B, Lawton 73501.
