Deangelo lived a happy life. He loved his family, and was a great father.

He attended school in Lawton and played football at the boys and girls club. Later he moved to Tulsa where he played football and basketball.

Cherishing his memory is his mother Patricia Hurd of Lawton; two sons De Angelo and Montra Hurd of Lawton; one daughter Deangnique Hurd of Lawton; eight brothers, Spencer and wife Rochonda Hurd, Montra Hurd, Donyel and wife Celeste Hurd, all of Lawton, OK, Rayvaughn Woods of Holdenville, OK, Raymond Woods, Domenick Woods, both of Lawton, OK, Cornelius Huffman, Oklahoma City, OK, Marvin Franklin of CO; one sister Alia Huffman of Oklahoma City; two aunties Shirley Cunningham of Tennessee, Debra Jackson of Lawton; two uncles Joe Hurd and Patricia, of Lawton, Weldon and wife Darlen Hurd of Tulsa; his Grandparents Ruby Lathan, and Monroe Jackson both of Lawton; a host of great aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles, and countless friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Monroe Huffman, grandparents Dorthy Scott, Weldon Hurd, great grandparents, aunt Annie Williams; two sisters Granisha and Krystal.
