Clyde V. Hagar

The funeral for Clyde V. Hagar,93, will be at 4 p.m. today at The Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. J. Thomas will officiate and burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Lawton.

He was born Nov. 7, 1911 to William J. and Eva Irene Hudson Hagar and died Monday Dec. 6, 2004 at the Methodist Home in Enid.

He graduated from Carney High School. He joined the Army July 22, 1935 at Ft. Sill and saw action with an artillery unit during W W l l in North Africa, Sicily, and Italy, Fowolling the war he was stationed in Korea, Japan, and West Germany. He retired from the Army Oct. 31, 1955. He worked for the Department of Communication/Electronics, Artillery School, Fort Sill from Nov. 1, 1955 until June 30, 1972.

He married Mildred M. Lynch May 12, 1985.

Surviving are two step-daughters, Sondra Lynch of Phoenix and Lynda O'Neal of Enid; and three grandchildren.

In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
