Darryl Keith Shaw


Memorial services for Darryl Keith Shaw, 47, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, December 5, 2004, at the First Baptist Church, 1st and Dakota, Chickasha, OK, with Rev. Abraham Walton officiating.

Darryl was a graduate of Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Oklahoma.

He completed courses in electricity and transmission repair.

He served honorably for seven years in the U.S. Army with one tour in Korea and Italy, achieving the rank of sergeant (E5).

He was an electrician, transmission repairman and fork lift operator.

Darryl was preceded in death by his father, SFC Joe R. Shaw.Survivors include his mother, Claudetta Shaw; daughter, Shawnda Shaw, Oklahoma City; stepfather, Edgar Hayden of Chickasha; four sisters: Angela Joe Smith, Vevlyn Hayes, Andrea Sledge of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Danata Shaw~Brown of Virginia Beach, Virginia; three aunts: Mildred Williams (Norman), Lawton, OK, Earline Brown, Cleveland, Ohio, and Marilyn Buswell (Brian) Edmond, OK; nine nieces, four nephews, three grandnieces, two grandnephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

Interment will be in the Ft. Sill National Cemetery, December 7, 2004, at 2 p.m.
