Edward Thomas Lee Grove

SHAWNEE, Okla.

Edward Thomas Lee Grove, 64, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009. He was born Oct. 20, 1944 to Harley and Bertha Grove in Albany, Calif.

Edward enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, preaching, church, shows and movies. Edward also loved to laugh.

He is survived by wife, Vickie Grove; one son, Tim Grove and wife Tamisa; two daughters, Tami Grove and Michelle Lee Morse; step-kids, Loretta Brooker and husband Jimmy and Eric Jones and wife Monica; grandchildren, Casandra Grove, Justin Grove, David Jones, Raymond Jones, Eric Jones Jr., Christian Jones, Darin Johnson and Shawn Johnson; two brothers, Don Grove and wife Kathy and Kenneth Grove and wife Betty; one sister, Dina Midget and husband Tom; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.

Viewing will be 6 p.m to 8 p.m. Thursday at Oak Park Church of God, 11th and Pesotum, Shawnee.

Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Oak Park Church of God, Shawnee, with the Rev. Leroy Kerbo officiating. Burial will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery with military honors.

Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Home and Chapel, Moore.
