Linda Kuschel

September 28, 1951 - October 4, 2024

Linda Jean Kuschel peacefully departed for her heavenly home on October 4, 2024 at the age of 73. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Linda lived a life full of creativity and warmth.
Linda was born in Hume, New York on September 28, 1951 to Morton and Laura Pitt. She had a fraternal twin sister Sue, and two older brothers Tom and Terry.
Her 54 years of marriage to Ted were filled with the greatest love and they enjoyed a beautiful life together. As the wife of a pastor, she was known for her gracious hospitality, always welcoming others with open arms. Linda's unwavering faith in Christ served as a guiding light, inspiring all of us with her deep devotion and trust in His plan. Her beautiful voice resonated in church choirs throughout the years, where she shared her love for music with the community. Linda's passion for gardening, reading, and puzzles reflected her vibrant spirit. Every home she lived in became a beautiful and welcoming sanctuary, a testament to her artistic flair. After dedicating the last 19 years of her career to Ladusau-Evans, Linda retired to Oklahoma City with her husband, Ted, to enjoy quality time with their family.
As a beloved member of the "K Girls," Linda enjoyed unforgettable trips and Broadway productions with her daughters, Laura and Leslie, daughter-in-law Sophia, and granddaughter Elli. Her son Ted III brought her immense laughter and joy, and she took great pride in his worship leadership ministry. She had a special place in her heart for her son-in-law Tyler and daughter-in-law Sophia, immediately welcoming them to the family with open arms.
She found joy in baking with her granddaughter Elli, and cherished every moment spent caring for her grandson Theo, infusing their lives with energy and love.
Linda is survived by her loving family and friends, who will remember her kindness, creativity, and generosity. She will be deeply missed but will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:00 am Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at the Faith Bible Church, 600 N Coltrane, Edmond, OK with Rev. Jay Risner officiating. Burial will be in the Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK.
