Willie worked at the University of Oklahoma as a cashier in the cafeteria for a period. She was the shipping supervisor at both places and her family fondly said that she was also the supervisor of all the family too. She loved gardening and her red birds. Willie also enjoyed doing puzzles and reading. She was a loving wife, mother and sister who will be missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Wayne Steelman; two brothers-in-law, James Nickels and Art Jones; and one sister-in-law, Donna Steelman.
