Julia M. Carroll

Julia M. Carroll, age 65, of Lawton passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at her residence.
Julia was born on February 14, 1954 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Horatio and Lavon Urioste. On February 12, 1971 she married Richard Allen Carroll and they would spend the next forty-four wonderful years together before his passing in 2015. Julia owned and operated Fantasy Nails and Hair from 1989 to 2005. She was a familiar face at the Lawton Speedway, where she ran the concession stands. In her free time, Julia enjoyed playing bingo, going to actions and shopping, but her passion was gathering with family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband Richard Allen Carroll Sr., her parents, Horatio and Lavon Urioste; one daughter, Kandy Sue Carroll and one brother, Horatio Lucero Urioste Jr., Julia is survived by one daughter, Candace Marie Saldana and Margo of Lawton; one son, Richard Allen Carroll Jr. of Benton, Arkansas; four grandchildren, LeSean E. Rozumialski, Devin Lee Souhrada, Christopher Shinkle and Kiera Shinkle; two great grandchildren, Lilyana Rozumialski and Jaylin Wells along with numerous other relatives and close friends.
