© Hodge Funeral Home Fletcher, Oklahoma Saturday, 9 April 2005 Lizzie Mae [Melton] Collier FLETCHER-Funeral for Lizzie Mae Melton Collier, 84, Fletcher, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Cemetery with Rev. Mike Mahaffey, pastor of First United Methodist Church, Fletcher, and Jim Hall, pastor of Fletcher Christian Church, officiating. Mrs. Collier died Saturday, April 9, 2005, in a Lawton nursing center. Services are under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher. She was born June 7, 1920, near Madill. She grew up in the Rush Springs area and later moved to Fletcher, where she had lived many years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include five sons: Calvin Williams and Lewis Ray Collier, Fletcher, Robert Mullings, Henryetta; and Vernon Collier and John Collier; two daughters: Julia Ruggles, Locust Grove; and Susie Collier; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two sisters: Lorene Badillo, Chickasha; and Evlie Baggs, Fritch, Texas; and special friends, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a husband, Albert M. Collier; and an infant son, Ervin B. Collier. A viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
