OBITUARY NAME: Melvin Elmo Woods, age 87, a Coalgate resident.
BORN: He was born on February 8, 1927, to George and Beatrice (Kerr) Woods, at Clarita, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Melvin passed away on March 30, 2014 at Coalgate, OK. AGE: 87 years, 1 month and 22 days.
EDUCATION: Melvin attended school in Erika, Ok and Clarita schools.
OCCUPATION: Melvin was a Rancher and a farmer
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Melvin like to go wolf hunting and he liked horse racing. He was a serious domino player & enjoyed to raising cattle.
SURVIVED BY Brothers: Billy Earl Woods of Tishomingo, OK Jerry Woods & wife Linda of Coalgate, OK Sisters: Bernice (Woods) Green of Pasadena, TX Marthell (Woods) Brantley & husband Carroll of Searcy, AR Along with nieces and nephews and many dear and loved friends
