Jeffrey "Shorty" Pope, Jr. was born on January 14, 1994, in Stockton, California, and passed away recently in Austin, Texas. He grew up in Coalgate, Oklahoma, where he learned to work on cars with his brother. He loved to hunt, fish, and shoot guns. He was a marksman like no other.
