Graveside services for Thomas Clint Corvin, 89, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Dr. Travis Muse will officiate.

Mr. Corvin passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at a Shawnee hospital. He was born October 30, 1926 ini Tyrola to Orville Colonel and Mary Jane Abbott Corvin He married Johnnie Darlene Horn Driskill. They were married for 18 years. Mr. Corvin had been employed with the oilfield and in autobody work. He retired after 25 years of service with T & W Goodyear Tire Company in Ada. Mr. Corvin had served as a Pontotoc County Reserve Officer for the Sheriff’s Office for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene, of the home; his children, Gayle Sheppard and Dennis Corvin; a granddaughter, Lori Brooks; two great-grandsons, Bradley Hicks and Tyler Brooks; two step-sons, Randy Driskill and Roger Driskill, both of Ada; a step-daughter, Kathy Ward of Happyland; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Daisy Lorene Corvin; a son, Larry Clint Corvin; and a granddaughter, Bailey Brooks.
