Mary Magdalene (Gwinn) Davidson, a long time Coalgate resident, was born on November 3, 1928, to James Byrd and Rossie Ann (Prince) Gwinn, at Pine, Oklahoma. She passed away on December 23, 2023, at Ada, Oklahoma, at the age of 95 years, 1 month and 20 days. Mary attended schools at Pine, Oconee and Olney. She was a loving homemaker. Mary married Johnie Lee Davidson on August 15, 1946. He preceded her in death on August 14, 1992. They were blessed with one day short of 46 years of together. They built a beautiful, loving home with nine sons and one daughter. Mary was a faithful member of the Jesus' Name Mission Church for many years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and embroidering. Mary loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and all of her greats. She truly loved the Lord with all her heart. There's no doubt she heard the Lord say, "Well done My good and faithful servant."

Special Niece: Nadine Mowdy of Coalgate, OK
Brother-in-Law: Mack Davidson and wife Viola of Moore, OK
Sisters-in-Law: Leota Nickell of Moore, OK
Denise Gwinn of Coalgate, OK
Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives.
