Ruby Clara Sioux Cole

Ruby Clara (Sioux) Cole, a longtime Coalgate resident, was born on August 31, 1948, to Grover and Dora (Flyingman) Sioux. She passed away on July 24, 2024, at Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 75 years, 10 months and 24 days. Ruby was a cook at Circle N for many years. She married Preston Wayne Cole Sr. on April 23, 1982, at Oklahoma City. They celebrated 18 years together before his passing on November 8, 2000. Ruby was a member of the Lonestar Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed cooking and sewing blankets by hand. Ruby was a loving mother to her children and grandchildren.
