BORN: He was born on July 20, 1959, to Paul and Rose Ann (Amos) Clem, at Los Angeles, CA.

PASSED AWAY: Ricky passed away on February 26, 2016 at Oklahoma City, OK.

AGE: 56 years, 7 months and 6 days.

EDUCATION: He graduated in 1978 from Hartford High School and attended some College.

OCCUPATION: Ricky worked in Administrative Health at Wewoka Indian Health Service

MILITARY: Ricky was a veteran of the Air Force during the Cold War

MARRIED: Ricky and Tina Ott were married March 5, 1994 at Carrollton, Texas

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Ricky was an elder of the Lone Star Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a member of the American Legion. He loved hunting, fishing, to shoot & build guns and spending time with his family.

Brother: Mark Clem & wife Jennifer of Jacksonville, AR

Sister: Lynda Gutierrez & husband Johnny of Irving, TX

Grandsons: Braden Clem of Tulsa, OK; Maeson Clem of OKC, OK

Granddaughter: Addison Clem of OKC, OK

Mother-in-Law:  Louise Ott of Coalgate, OK

Beloved Dog: Trixie Clem
