Teresa Faye (Laster) Yockey, age 80, a Coalgate resident. She was born on November 4, 1940, to Vendel Eben and Gennie Gay (Osborne) Laster, at Lehigh, OK. Teresa passed away on January 6, 2021 at Coalgate, OK. She attended school in Andover, Kansas. Teresa was a General Store owner in Marble, Arkansas. The neighborhood children would get off the bus in the evening at Teresa’s store & stay until their parents picked them up. She was their “Mother Teresa”. She started the Marble Volunteer Fire Department. Teresa was a dispatcher, volunteer firefighter & EMT. She was of the Baptist faith. Teresa loved life & people.

Brother: Kenneth Laster & wife Patricia of Bixby, OK
7 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren & 4 Great Great Grandchildren
