Elsie May (Cobb) Rumley, a Coalgate resident, was born on October 14, 1929, to John Henry and Ruth Marguerite (Carlisle) Cobb, at Cogar, OK. Elsie passed away on January 06, 2026 at Coalgate, OK at the age of 96 years, 2 months and 23 days. She attended high school. Elsie retired from Wilson & Co. Meat Packing Co. She married Marshall F. Rumley on January 22, 1947 at Anadarko, OK, they spent 54 wonderful years together before his passing. Elsie was a member of Assembly of God. She enjoyed genealogy.
