Funeral services for Margaret Ann (Pasquali) Sherman, a longtime Coalgate resident, were held Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Coalgate Church of Christ with Mr. Randy Mashburn and Mr. Lloyd McElhaney officiating. Music was by Revival and From the Heart. Interment was in Coalgate Cemetery with Brown's Funeral Service in Coalgate in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sherman was born February 13, 1926 in Cottonwood, OK to Joe and Margaret "Maggie" (Forneris) Pasquali and passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 in Coalgate at the age of 84. She attended Cottonwood and Coalgate School, was a bookkeeper at Sonny's Grocery Store and a member of the Coalgate Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Bryant and husband Jack of Coalgate; grandsons, Brent Bryan and wife Kristi of Rockwall, TX, Blake Bryant of Huntsville, AL and Ben Bryant of Austin, TX; great granddaughter, Bek Abigail Bryant of Rockwall, TX, along with nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Louis E. "Sonny" Pasquali, Joe Pasquali, and Bill Pasquali and sister Marie Polk.
Casketbearers were Bob Yount, Wayne Blue, Aaron Blue, Burney Blue, Richard Lillard, Steve Hyatt, Joe Pasquali III, Jay Pasquali, Steve Sandmann, Joe Avanzini, Donnie Entz, Bobby Joe Andrews, Lloyd Brent Palmer and Scott Middleton. Honorary pallbearers were Don Lewis, J. D. Smith, Nick Lolli and Robert West.
