Jacky Dale Phillips, age 65, a Coalgate resident, was born on January 29, 1956, to Woodrow Wilson and Ida (Spears) Phillips, at Coalgate, OK. Jacky passed away on January 7, 2022 at Coalgate, OK. He attended schools in Cottonwood and Coalgate. He received an Associate's Degree in forestry from Eastern State College in 1972. Jacky was a Rancher. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Coalgate. Jacky enjoyed hunting, ranching and outdoor life.
