Charlene Pearl (Manis) Nelson, a Bartlesville resident, was born on February 8, 1934, to Charlie Day and Myrtle Bell (Standridge) Manis, at Coalgate, OK. She passed away on September 24, 2022 at Bartlesville, OK at the age of 88 years, 7 months and 16 days. Charlene attended Centrahoma School. She was an Administrator with Johnson & Johnson. Charlene was married to James Allen Nelson on May 11, 1950. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2016. They enjoyed 66 years together. Charlene was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coalgate, Eastern Star and the VA. She loved reading and art.
