Dimple Carmilla Helvey Mobbs

NAME: Dimple C. (Helvey) Beevers Mobbs, age 101 formerly a Lehigh resident, now a Denton, TX resident.

BORN: She was born on December 31, 1915, to CA and Myrtie (Bristol) Helvey, at Elmore City, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Dimple passed away on October 06, 2017 at Denton, TX.

AGE: 101 years, 9 months and 6 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated attended & graduated from Pauls Valley High School. Dimple was always the oldest attendee at the Pauls Valley reunion.

OCCUPATION: Dimple was a rancher

MARRIED: Dimple married A.L. Beevers on June 1, 1935, he was killed in a hunting accident in November of 1935, she married Havey Mobbs on July 10, 1937 he preceded her in death also.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Dimple & her husband had several businesses in Pauls Valley prior to moving to a ranch south of Coalgate that had been left to her by her father. Here they began their ranching career raising cattle, race horses and hay. Dimple was well known in her community of Coalgate for her countless hours of volunteer work. She was a volunteer at the Ruth Wilson Hurley Manor, past president of the Local Chapter of AARP, a member of the Mary Hurley Hospital Auxiliary, and a member of the Coalgate Chamber of Commerce and also a member Coalgate Church of Christ. Dimple had a servants heart and she was always willing and ready to serve in her community and help in any capacity from putting together a fund raiser, to baking endless cookies & pies for a sale.

Son: A.L. Beevers & wife Linda

Grandsons: David Beevers & wife Tricia

Steve Beevers & wife Missy

Troy McCuller & wife Holly Ryan McCuller

Sister: Sheila Ann Harvey

7- Great grandchildren & 3 Great great grandchildren

Along with numerous nieces & nephews and many dear and loved friends
