Bobby George Lee, age 92, a Coalgate resident. He was born on September 25, 1927, to George Washington & Lena (Wilson) Lee, at Coalgate, OK. Bobby George passed away on September 20, 2020 at Ada, OK. He attended Coalgate Schools Graduating in 1945 and attended ECU College.
Bobby George worked for Sonny's Grocery Store in Coalgate, Lockhead Air Crafter and North American in McAlester, where he built air plane parts. Then he went to work for Garrett Book Company in Ada, Oklahoma, where he retired in 1987. He served in the United States Army for 2 years. Bobby George married Vernice Clayburn on June 22, 1949 at the First Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas. They enjoyed 68 beautiful years of marriage.
Bobby George was a longtime member of the Coalgate First Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years. He enjoyed going to church and being with his family especially his great grandchildren. Bobby George enjoyed mowing and tending to his beautiful yard.

Grand Daughter: Krista Motley and husband Dylan of Edmond, Oklahoma
Great Grandchildren: Kayler Motley and Resser Motley both of Edmond, Oklahoma
Sister In Law: Billie Pearl Lee of Coalgate, Oklahoma
Along with nieces, nephews, cousins and dearly loved friends
