Kathy Jean Battles, a Coalgate resident, was born on March 25, 1950, to Wofford James and Helen Marie (Hancock) Battles, at Coalgate, OK. She passed away on October 29, 2022 at Coalgate, OK at the age of 72 years, 7 months and 4 days. Kathy graduated from Coalgate High School Class of 1968. She was a rancher and a full time "Nano". Kathy was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with her grandbabies and her horses.K

SURVIVED BY Sons: Larry Hobgood and wife Tammy of Coalgate, OK Brian Pebworth and wife Lori of MO Grandchildren: Chaci Bowker and husband Josh of Coalgate, OK Padyn Stanley of Colbert, OK Michael Juristy of Coalgate, OK Great Grandchildren: Jentry Bowker of Coalgate, OK Tagen Juristy of Coalgate, OK Dally Stanley of Colbert, OK Sutton Stanley of Colbert, OK Fiance: Doug Ward of Coalgate, OK Sisters: Tammy Hedgecock and husband Lanny of Coalgate, OK Karen Foster and husband Jack of Farmington, NM Stacy Farrow and husband Damon of Tulsa, OK Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dearly loved friends
