Thelma Regina Stanberry

Thelma Regina Stanberry fell asleep in death on September 13, 2025. She was born on January 13, 1925, to Frank and Maud Heck. Her siblings were J.R., William "Dick", Henry, Ruby, Frank, Tyrone and James. She married her husband Harold on December 26th, 1939. In their 40 years together, they had four beautiful children, Harold Jr., Sherry, Ronald, and Michael.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her siblings, and her oldest son, Harold Jr. and her daughter, Sherry. She is survived by her two sons, Ronald and his wife Carol and Michael and his wife Gloria, and her son-in-law, Julian Doyon. Thelma had filled many loving roles in her life of over 100 years. She was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a loving mother, an amazing grandmother, and a good friend to so many. She cherished them all so very much.

Thelma was such a social butterfly. She loved her square dancing and playing Bingo. Thelma was a Wahoo- Domino- Card playing queen, a skill she passed to all her grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She set a beautiful example for her family. She taught them what a hard worker was. She worked as a waitress for over 40 years. She was known for her stylish appearance. Even at 100 years old, she always had her best outfit, jewelry, and red lipstick on. A memory all will never forget.

How wonderful it will be to see her again one day. We look forward to the fulfillment of God's promise found at John 5:28-29.
