MILITARY: A veteran, Victor proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, serving in WWII.

MARRIED: Victor married Venita Joe (Crane) Rice on August 30, 1951 at Wichita, Kansas.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Victor was of the Methodist faith. He was an Airplane buff and enjoyed going to air shows.
