BORN: He was born on April 28, 1977, to Rodger Eddie and Judy Paulette (Cogburn) Parker, at Ada, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Justin passed away on September 3, 2018 at Tulsa, OK.

AGE: 41 years, 4 months and 6 days.

EDUCATION: He attended Centrahoma school & graduated from Tupelo High School

OCCUPATION: Justin worked for Ken Beam Construction as a heavy equipment operator, which he loved.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Everyone that knew Justin, knew of his love & compassion for his dogs & horses. Justin enjoyed raising children, even if they weren’t his own. His hobbies were hunting & fishing.
