Funeral services for Mary Lee (Harris) Heck were held Monday, July 11, 2011 at 2:00 a.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Coalgate wit Rev. David Boggs officiating. Burial was in Centrahoma Cemetery with Brown's Funeral Service in Coalgate in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Heck was born December 14, 1928 in Centrahoma to Osborn Reason Harris and nancy (Roberts) Harris and passed away July 9, 2011 in Ada at the age of 82. She attended and graduated from Centrahoma School and married R. L."Dutch" Heck on October 1, 1950 at Durant, OK. He preceded in death on September 22, 1964. Mary was a member of the Roundlake Church in Centrahoma, was a homemaker and also worked as a provider.
Survivors include her daughter Shirley Morrgan and husbandTommy of Centrahoma, Ricky Loudermilk and husband Dan of Coalgate and Marilyn K. Morgan and husband Doyle of Ada; sons, Tom Heckand wife Donna and Randy Heck all of Coalgate; brother Jim Harris of Tupelo; fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; stepson, Hayward D. Heck; brother, David Harris; sister, Jessie Mae Lynch; brother-in-law, Kenneth Lynch and sister-in-law, Dorothy Harris
Casketbearers were Joe McCorkle, Les Pebworth, James Frazier, Ronnie Reeves, David Burris and Dale Crow. Honorary bearers were Allen Chapman, Matthew Morgan, Keyvin Heck, Kellan Heck, Chase Heck and Reece Heck.
