CRYSTAL CAVANAUGH
Funeral services for Crystal Jade Cavanaugh, 26, Ada, were at 10 a.m. Thursday at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada with David Rodriguez officiating. Burial followed at Byrd's Prairie Cemetery in Tupelo under the direction of Smith Phillips Funeral Service.
She was born Nov. 20, 1981, at Abilene, Texas, to Glenn and Debra Carlene House Cavanaugh and died November 24, 2007 in Ada.
Crystal graduated from Vanoss High School in 1998 and worked as a nurse's aid at Valley View Regional Hospital in Ada. She was a lifelong resident of Ada and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Glenn and Debra Cavanaugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Jade Carlene Massey, Ada; her grandmother, Lillian Billye Gray and stepgrandfather, Don, Ada; two brothers, Stephen Lee Cavanaugh and William David Cavanaugh, both of Ada; two uncles, Robert House and Bill Canida, both of Ada; an aunt, Bonnie Gregory, Ada; and several cousins and friends.
Bearers were James Danielson, Brion Smith, Matt Landgrass, Adam Hill, Eric Patterson and David Patterson.
