DOVIE ANGLIN

TULARE, CALIFORNIA-Services for Dovie Lee Anglin, 66, Tulare, California, formerly of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Ahloso Baptist Church, Rev. Jim Gantt will officiate. Burial will follow at Byrd’s Prairie Cemetery in Tupelo. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the Criswell Funeral Home.

Ms. Anglin died Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Tulare. She was born April 13, 1942 at Ada, Oklahoma to Nemo and Ola Mae Flowers Anglin. She attended schools in Ada and California.

Ms. Anglin was a nurse’s aide at Valley View Regional Hospital for 20 years before moving back to California in 1990. She was a member of Tulare Church of God.

Survivors include seven nieces including Rhonda Jennings, Tulare, California; six nephews; two sisters, Naomi Wells, Ada, and Patricia Roberts, Pauls Valley; and one brother, James Anglin, Konawa.

Bearers will be Leslie Barker, Mike Barker, James Anglin III, Jack Wells, Frank Pursiville, and Michael Neeley.
