Graveside services for Dennis Jay Frazier, 72, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Boiling Springs Cemetery, Rev. Osborne Roberts will officiate. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors.
Mr. Frazier passed away Monday, December 19, 2022 in Ada. He was born May 8, 1950 in Talihina, OK to James and Evelyn Byrd Frazier.
Mr. Frazier was employed at Holcim Cement Company until his retirement. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam and was awarded the purple heart.
He is survived by his two sons, Greg Frazier and Derrick Frazier and wife Tiffany, both of Ada; two daughters, Jaylana Frazier and Rana Frazier, both of Ada; one brother, Harold Frazier, of Ada; two sisters, Nina Crossley and husband Lee, of Del City and Kay West and husband Ron of Ada; nine grandchildren, Alisha Frazier, Becka Frazier, Candence Frazier, Elliott Frazier-Buck, Jerry Buck, Sungie Buck, Reagan Buck, Carter Frazier and Amelia Frazier, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mandy Kennedy, Laura Watson, and Nancy Sinclair, and one brother, Truman Frazier.
