Bobby Joe Blair was born on November 26, 1932 in Purcell Oklahoma to Cecil and May Blair and passed away at the age of 65 on July 25, 1998 in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.      
 
On October 29, 1994, he married Louisa Bedford in Okla City, Ok. 
He retired as pastor of Southwest Freewill Baptist Church where he pastored from 1975 until 1994.
 
Joe lived in the Okla City area since 1975.
 
Survivors include his wife Louisa of the home; two sons, David Blair of Okla City, Ok, Danny Blair of Okla City, Ok; one brother, Beryl Blair & wife Tuesday,
