Services for Laura M. (Meyer) Holman were held at  10:00 AM Saturday, February 23 at Primrose Chapel. Interment followed at Sunset Memorial Park, under the direction of Primrose Funeral Service.

She was born  July 24, 1931, in Norman to Roy and Laura (Brockhaus) Meyer and passed away Monday February 18, 2008 in Norman, OK at the age of 76.  She had been a lifelong resident of Norman and was active many years in the Women of the Moose.

Survivors include  her daughters, Loretta Logan-Sause and husband Dave, Cindy Young and husband Ray; sons, Curtis Hames and wife Teresa, Tim Hames; granddaughters Kimberly Ellis and husband, Scott, Tabetha Aragona and husband, Steve, Heather Young, Ellie Hames; one grandson, Raymond Young Jr. and great-grandchildren, Parker and Emerson Ellis; brother, James Meyer and wife, Claire; sister, Rosa Lewis and sister-in-law, Mary Meyer along with numerous other family members.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Roy and Laura Meyer; her brothers Ray Meyer and Al Meyer; her sisters Millie Meyer and Betty Tigart; brothers-in-law, Thurman Tigart and Ted Lewis.

 A special thanks to all the special people at Grace Living Center in Norman and Good Shepherd Hospice who loved and cared for Laura.
