Ann, 72, passed away Monday, April 2, 2012 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born
July 17, 1939 in Norman to Amos and Alice (Cossey) Harper.
Sue Ann volunteered for 20 years with the Salvation Army and at the nursing
home. Sue Ann was a giving person and enjoyed helping others. She loved singing,
dancing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Sue Ann is survived by her husband Royce Archer of Noble; two sons, Jimmy
Farewell and wife Patricia of OKC and Ricky Farewell and wife Stephanie of
Maumelle, Arkansas; one daughter, Darla Cooper and husband Jason of Missouri;
stepdaughter, Violet Archer of Pauls Valley, OK; one brother, Charles Harper of
Norman; three sisters, Almeda Vinson of Broken Arrow, OK, Jody Huckabee and
husband Glenn of OKC and Vivian Milvo of Norman; seven grandchildren; two great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her
parents; two children, Lynn Farewell and Debra Farewell.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Noble Healthcare and Dr.
Ennamuri for the exceptional care given to Sue Ann over the last 7 years.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 5, 2012 in the Chapel
of the Havenbrook Funeral Home with interment following in Sunset Memorial Park
Cemetery. Arrangements for Sue Ann and her family were placed in the care of the
Vice Family at Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman. Online condolences may be
