Nance, Nathan N.,
40, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012 in Moore, Oklahoma. He was born
October 7, 1971 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Dearyle and Diana (Younger)
Nance.
Nathan and his dad started Nanco Distributing, a wholesaler to convenience
stores, in 1991 and he continued as the owner/operator after his father's death
in 1998. He enjoyed golfing, boating, skiing, playing pool and fishing. He
loved spending time with his son, Noah and especially watching him play soccer
and football. Nathan was outgoing, friendly and helpful to anyone in need. He
will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Nathan is survived by one son, Noah Nance of Moore; his mother, Diana Nance of
OKC; brother, Nick Nance and wife Rhonda of Norman; niece and nephew, Megan and
Nick Nance; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by
his father.
Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 29, 2012 with
the family greeting friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Havenbrook Funeral Home,
3401 Havenbrook St., Norman.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2012 at First Baptist Church, 301 NE 27th St. in Moore with interment following in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery of Norman. Arrangements for Nathan and his family were placed in the care of the Vice Family at Havenbrook Funeral
