Funeral services
for Zane Bryan Kilgore, age 40, of Norman will be held at 11:00 am., Friday,
October 15, 2010 in The Chapel of the Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook
Street in Norman.
Zane was born March 18, 1970 in Midwest City, Oklahoma the son of Johnny Byron
and Connie Iva (Rogers) Kilgore. He passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010 in
Woodward, Oklahoma.
Zane was raised in Moore, OK and attended the Moore Public Schools and the
Moore-Norman Vo-Tech School. He later began a career in the oil field business,
holding several positions within the oil field industry. At the time of his
death, Zane was employed with Brady Welding & Machine, Trucking Division in
Woodward, OK.
When he wasn't working, Zane enjoyed fishing, boating, water skiing, 4-wheeling,
and spending time with his family and friends.
Zane was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lee and Pauline Kilgore
and his maternal grandparents, AJ and Gladys Rogers.
He is survived by his mother, Connie Kilgore of Norman; his father, Johnny B.
Kilgore of Noble; his brother, Ryan Kilgore of Norman; two uncles; Bobby Rogers
of Cape Cod, MA and Jerry Kilgore and his wife, Anita of Noble; and several
cousins.
An open visitation for Zane will be held from 9:00am to 8:00pm on Thursday,
October 14, 2010 at the Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman
Burial will conclude in Sunset Memorial
Park Cemetery under the direction of the Havenbrook Funeral Home of
Norman.
