Andree, Jeanne Lillian, 51, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2012 in Norman, Oklahoma after her battle with cancer.  She was born May 27, 1961 in Norman to Richard and Josephine (Peet) Andree. 

Jeanne lived all of her life in Norman graduating from Norman High in 1979.  She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1983 with a Bachelor Degree in Sociology.  Jeanne had a kind and generous nature and anyone who talked to her felt better afterwards.  She loved helping people and spent the last nine years caring for children at McFarlin's day care.  She enjoyed playing Mah Jong, working jigsaw, sudoku and crossword puzzles.  She was an active member of Camp Fire Girls and was the top candy salesgirl one year.  She was the third person in Oklahoma to earn the Wo He Lo medallion, Camp Fire's highest honor.  Jeanne was a christian and grew up at First Presbyterian in Norman and then moved to Trinity Baptist of Norman.   

Jeanne is survived by her sister, Suzanne Andree Hodgson; brothers, Peter Walter Andree and David Delbert Andree and wife Vicki; two nephews, Will Jeremy Hodgson and Seth Erin Hodgson; and two nieces, Elizabeth Anne Hodgson and Alethea Erin Andree. 

Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2012 and 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Havenbrook Funeral Home.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2012 at McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church, 419 S. University Blvd., Norman with interment following in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.  Arrangements for Jeanne and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
