Services for Joe Howard Neitzel, 65, of Moore were held at 10 am on Friday, August 21, 1998 at the John Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel of Moore. Burial followed in the Smith Cemetery also under the direction of John Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel.

Joe was born on March 23, 1933 in St. Francis Kansas to Harry Joe and Kathrine Stahl Neitzel and passed away on August 20, 1998 at the age of 65.

He was employed in the heating and air conditioning business. He liked to dance and do arts and crafts.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include Polly Hammond of the home and many friends.
