Funeral Services for Delbert Wynn were held  at 12:00 noon December 29, 2000  at the South Colonial Chapel. Burial followed  at Resthaven Cemetery in OKC.
 
Delbert William Wynne was born April 3, 1915 in Norman, Oklahoma to Ula Harris Wynne and Nelly Myrtle Alexander and died peacefully Wednesday, December 27, 2000, at his home in Oklahoma City at the age of 85.
 
Delbert and his family were longtime members of the Oakcrest Church of Christ. He was a journeyman refrigeration fitter, Local 344, recently receiving his 55 year service award and worked the majority of his career for Dick Swan of Swan Air Conditioning Co. and Jr. Harrison and Bill Orr of Harrison & Orr Air Conditioning Co.
 
He was preceded in death by son Larry Dean Wynne and one infant son, James Harris Wynne, parents Ula and Nelly, two brothers, Albert Wynne and Charles Wynne, three sisters, Marie Bryan, Elsie Johnson and Bobbie Ruth Collingsworth.
 
Survivors include his wife of 63 years,  Toye Wynne ; one son, Ron Wynne and wife Judy; grandson Todd Wynne; granddaughter Terri Chancellor and husband Kent; grandaughter Kelly Layman; five great grandchildren: Kylie and Collin Chancellor, Jamey Abla, Brendon Layman and Taylor Self, all of Oklahoma City;  and one sister Jackie Seitsinger of Edmond.
