Billy Ray, 71, of OKC, passed from this life Saturday, July 29, 2006.

He was born in New Blaine, Arkansas on November 26, 1934 to Arlis B. & Bessie Dale (Huff) Rainwater. Billy enjoyed horse races & was an avid baseball & softball player & fan. He played sports in high school and for his company's team at Western Electric.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves precious memories with his wife Patti; Sister, Judy (Rainwater) Olson & husband Terry; nephews, Christopher & Scott Olson; niece, Heather Taylor Olson; sister's-inlaw, Elaine Minor Hutsler & Patsy Minor; special cousins, C.L. & Rita Huff, Wanda Huff; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Oklahoma Kidney Foundation, the American Cancer Society or any charity of your choice. Graveside services to celebrate Billy's life will be held 11:00AM Monday July 31, 2006 at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery.
